Boil a few potatoes in their skins, in a pot with water and a little salt. When they are ready, clean them carefully, slice them and place them in a tray with baking paper. Grease with butter and sprinkle the spices: salt, pepper, thyme and add a little grated cheese over them. Put the tray in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until browned.
Prepare the pork neck: grease each piece with oil and season to taste. I chose salt, ground black pepper and thyme.
Cook the meat and the small ones on the electric grill until well browned.
When they are ready, arrange on each plate the pork, mititeii, a few baked potatoes and decorate with finely chopped green onion leaves.
