I used fresh (chilled) puff pastry that can be used immediately. So, cut the dough into a heart-shaped pastry. Grease with beaten egg and stick two by two.
Bake at the right heat until golden brown (10-15 minutes).
Meanwhile, clean and wash the leeks, cut into small pieces. Put the cheese on the grater and knead with butter, leeks, add salt to taste and soften the speed with a little cream. At the same time, the cream gives it a finer taste.
When the hearts are ready, take them out and leave them to cool. Cut each heart into two sheets and add the cream cheese.
For decoration, green onion leaves are used.
