In a bowl, rub the butter together with the salt powder and sugar until you get a fluffy cream and you can't feel the sugar. We add eggs one by one, homogenizing after each one. Add cocoa, baking powder and flour.

Depending on the quality of the butter, the dough can ask for 1-2 tablespoons of flour.

Mix well and form a ball of dough, the dough must be soft and malleable. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 45 minutes.

Sprinkle a little flour on the worktop and spread the dough. We will have to work fast so that it does not soften too much. Spread the dough about 4-5 mm thick and cut the biscuit into a round shape. Place in the pan and bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Leave to cool and then assemble them.

Grease each biscuit with a little jam (chocolate / caramel, etc.) and combine two. When we are all done we make the icing: on the sea bath we put the broken chocolate pieces together with the butter and a pinch of salt (salt intensifies the taste of the chocolate). Put a spoonful of icing on each biscuit, spread a little with a knife and place a piece of walnut in the middle.

Let the icing harden and ready, they are good to serve.

Biscuits with rum and cocoa

there is no better time for this than now. Today we have a very quick recipe for biscuits with rum and cocoa.

If you do not like the aroma of rum, you can use vanilla or grated orange peel, they will be delicious!

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

sugar ornaments (optional)

& ndash quantities for about 17 pieces & ndash

Mix well melted butter with sugar, egg, salt and rum essence. Homogenize the composition.

Mix flour with baking soda and cocoa. Add the flour mixture over the flour mixture

butter and egg and mix well. Depending on the taste, adjust the amount of rum essence

(note that it will decrease when baked).

We take from the composition obtained with a spoon or a small cup of ice cream and put it on the baking paper, flattening it slightly.

(You can also make balls by hand, which you can flatten easily).

If we have / want to put sugar ornaments on top (you can omit this step), lightly pressing them into the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 10-12 minutes.

Let the biscuits cool in the pan, then transfer them on a grill until completely cooled.

3. Jamila biscuit salami

Another tasty and fragrant recipe is the one proposed by Jamila, we invite you to follow it below:

  • 500 grams of biscuits
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 100-150 grams of shit
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of raisins
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 rum essence

Method of preparation:

  1. Break the biscuits into smaller and larger pieces or use a food processor to crush them easily.
  2. Put the milk on the fire, add the butter and stir over low heat, until the butter melts. Then add the sugar and mix until it melts.
  3. Add the cocoa powder and mix until a homogeneous content is obtained. When the mixture starts to boil, turn off the heat and add the raisins, rum essence and let the liquid cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Separately, place the crushed biscuits in a pot and add the cocoa mixture over them. You can now add small pieces of shit, candied fruit or almonds. Mix everything very well with a wooden spoon, and then leave it for 10 minutes, during which time all the liquid will be absorbed in the biscuits.
  5. Place a kitchen foil on the work table and sprinkle coconut over it. Add the biscuit mixture over the walnuts and make the biscuit salami. Roll the kitchen foil over the mixture and twist it at the ends.
  6. Put the salami & icircn in the fridge to stand overnight, then slice it and serve it cold. The rest of the salami can be stored in the fridge for a few days.

1. Grind all the biscuits as finely as possible (through the walnut grinder, or in the food processor). Set aside 200 g and mix them with 2 tablespoons of cocoa. Prepare a syrup in a ratio of 1: 1 water and sugar and let it cool.
2. In the rest of the biscuits, mix the other 3 tablespoons of cocoa and 200 g of baked and ground walnuts / hazelnuts. Add a little of the cooled syrup and mix (it is very likely that not all the syrup is needed). Stop adding syrup when you get a thick paste, slightly dry, but malleable. Give all the shit through the meat grinder or the robot, followed by the well-washed lemon, cut into quarters and added with the peel and mix the composition.
3. Having the 3 containers on the worktop (the one with the dry biscuits, the one with the biscuit and cocoa paste and the lemon and shit composition), wet your hands, take

a tablespoon of moist composition and round it in the palms. Flatten it and press with your finger in the center to form a hole, take a little mixture of lemon and shit, about 1/2 teaspoon and place it in the center.
4. Glue the cocoa ball back, round it again and roll it through the dry biscuits. Do this with all the remaining ingredients, until you finish the composition, and do not forget to wet your hands before preparing each ball.

Useful advice

✽ If you cannot form a sphere between your palms with wet hands, but it crumbles, you still need to add liquid.

✽ To get an appetizing color inside the cocoa balls, use a single color of Turkish shit (preferably yellow, because the lemon gives a light color anyway). Otherwise, the composition inside will have an indefinite color.

✽ It is ideal to have an aid in the kitchen, which will roll the balls through the dry composition while you form them. Thus, things go much faster.

✽ If you use hazelnuts, wash them before putting them in the oven to remove salt from them.

What ingredients do we use for the recipe for spirit biscuits, butter biscuits, lard and cocoa?

  • 150 g of powdered sugar
  • 450 g of flour
  • 50 g of cocoa
  • 125 g of butter
  • 125 g of lard
  • 1 or
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • rum or brandy
  • a teaspoon of baking soda
  • vinegar or lemon juice

How do we prepare the recipe for spirits, biscuits with butter, lard and cocoa?

You can read the written recipe, or go directly to the video recipe, below.

  1. Pour the butter and lard into a bowl, kept at room temperature, mix them very well using a whisk.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and mix again to dissolve the sugar. Now add the egg and continue to mix.
  3. Put the rum and baking soda, which we extinguish with vinegar or lemon juice, continue to mix everything well, then add cocoa.
  4. Mix until you get a beautiful, fine, frothy cream.
  5. Add the flour little by little and knead the dough by hand, lightly and carefully, do not knead it too much, so that it does not gum.
  6. Cover the dough with foil and put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  7. After the dough has rested, we start making the biscuits using the mincer and the shapes of the mincer. I recommend you to use the star shape, the biscuits will be more attractive and a little bigger than if we used the other shapes.
  8. Place the biscuits in a tray lined with baking paper and put them in the oven at a temperature of 200-220 degrees Celsius for up to 10 minutes. Bake the crackers very quickly.
  9. Be careful not to remove them from the pan when they are still hot, as they break very easily. After cooling, they can be easily removed from the tray.

Gina's advice:

If you want them to be less tender, add another 1 egg and 1-2 tablespoons of flour.

They can be glazed with white or dark chocolate, and the visual effect will be wow!

I also leave the video recipe here:

Re & # 539 recipes with Gina Bradea & raquo Recipes & raquo Spirited biscuits, biscuits with butter, lard and cocoa, childhood recipe

Mix flour, cocoa, sugar and baking powder.
Create a crater in which you add the pieces of cold butter from the refrigerator, knead with your fingertips (it must become sandy).

Make a crater, put the egg and the yolk in the middle.

Knead the dough. Knead very little, just enough to get a homogeneous dough. If we exaggerate with the kneading, it becomes elastic like bread dough. The dough should be crumbly, not elastic.

When the dough no longer sticks to your fingers, it is shaped into a ball.

Leave the dough to cool for half an hour.

Spread a thin sheet and cut out circles with a cookie cutter or a glass. Prick each with a fork.

Put baking sheet in the tray and arrange the dough slices.

Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake the biscuits for 10-12 minutes, at 180 degrees.

Re: Cookies made with cocoa

I hope you don't mind that it has nothing to do with the recipe, but what book is the one on which the biscuits sit? About Columbia and Pablo Escobar? From the few fragments of sentences, it seems interesting.

Re: Cookies made with cocoa

They are really good .. but DO NOT do it until you have the necessary stencils to sprint ..
the usual bags are NOT a solution.
otherwise everything is very well explained and the final result is exceptional

Re: Cookies made with cocoa

Hi ! I was thinking of trying your recipe, only I would like to halve the composition, as if it came out too much. Could you tell me about how many pieces would come out of the amount you wrote? Thank you !

Re: Cookies made with cocoa

about 20 biscuits come out of half a portion. of course it depends on the tip you spray them with or how long you make them.
