Countertops: whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt and sweetener, and when the foam forms, add the yolks, oil, hot water in which I dissolved the green powder, and finally the walnut, baking powder and flour. The composition is poured into 2 round shapes for baking. Put them in the preheated oven, over medium heat, for about 26 minutes or until they pass the toothpick test. Leave to cool.

Syrup: Boil on low heat for about 5 minutes water, sweetener, strength and orange peel. Leave to cool.

Creams:

Mix, in a saucepan, the yolks with the vanilla Bourbon sugar, the cold milk and the flour, but also a pinch of salt. Beat with a whisk and simmer until thickened. Remove the mixture from the heat and leave to cool.

Now add the liquid cream and beat with the mixer until creamy and fine.

From the cream obtained, one third is mixed in a bowl, separately, with melted and cooled milk chocolate. The rest of the cream is mixed lightly with the ness.


Mounting:

Cut each countertop into 2 sheets. It is syruped, then the cake is filled with creams: I alternated them: one layer with ness cream, one with chocolate cream, and the last one with ness cream.


Decor:

For the decoration cream, beat the mascarpone cream mixer with the liquid cream. Dress the cake in white, then divide the remaining cream into several bowls and color with natural food coloring dissolved in hot water (about a teaspoon of water for each color). It is painted with flowers with the help of spatulas for cakes, but also brushes.

It is also decorated with white chocolate letters prepared from melted and cooled white chocolate and poured on a piece of baking sheet with a posh made from a cone of baking paper and put in the freezer for at least an hour until use.
