Cornulete

  • 250 gr lard
  • 250 gr sour cream
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 1-2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • peel of a lemon
  • 600 gr flour
  • powdered sugar
  • Filling: jam, marmalade, ...

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Cornulete:

Mix all the ingredients and leave to rise a little.

Then spread a sheet or two and cut triangles.

Put the filling on each triangle and roll.

Bake in the oven in a tray lined with baking paper for about 25-30 minutes.

It rots!
