We start with the preparation of the sauce. Put the minced meat in a bowl on the fire. Let it change color. Add chopped onion, cup of water and let it boil.
After the water has dropped, add the tomato paste, the paprika, the sugar, the salt, the pepper, the basil and let it boil, stirring periodically.
Grease a heat-resistant dish with butter, place the first layer of sheets, then a few tablespoons of the meat sauce, a few tablespoons of sour cream and slices of cheese. Then a new layer of leaves, sauce, sour cream, cheese and so on until we finish the ingredients.
Spread the cream and cheese mixture over the last layer of sheets. Put the dish in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
I used half a packet of 400 g lasagna sheets. The cheese mixture can be replaced with cheese. I didn't have enough cheese in my house and I used the cheese mix.
