Red velvet cookies recipe by of 29-12-2014 [Updated on 24-05-2016]
The red velvet cookies are this Monday's treat, after the Christmas holidays, I'm already missing out on the menu to prepare for New Year's Eve. These cookies, with their bright red color are perfect to serve on the table on New Year's Eve as a good wish, even if in addition to the cute aspect, I must tell you that their strong point is the taste, they are perhaps the best cookies I have prepared so far ;) Girls I go back to work, it took a few days of stop that I am already unaccustomed to the idea of having to put my foot on the accelerator, so I say goodbye and run away, a kiss: *
How to make red velvet cookies
Cream the butter with the two types of sugar
Once you have a cream, add the egg and milk and work until you get a homogeneous mixture
Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of red food coloring
Work until the mixture is smooth and bright red in color
Finally add the chocolate chips.
With slightly moistened hands, form balls, place them on a greased baking sheet, spacing them a little between them.
Bake the red velvet cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
Let cool before lifting the biscuits from the pan and serving.
