The avocado smoothie is another of those things that I discovered this winter when I was training in the gym. It is a very protein shake, rich in vitamins, minerals, healthy fats and fiber, perfect to be taken after a sport session or for a substantial snack. It is prepared in just 10 minutes and should be consumed on the spot because otherwise the pulp tends to darken. Not just guacamole then, but use avocado as a base to make your smoothies, perhaps adding a banana or chocolate.
How to make avocado smoothie
Clean the avocado to recover its pulp.

Then put the ice and the avocado pulp in the blender and blend.
Then add the almond milk and blend again.
Finally, mix in the lime juice.
Your avocado smoothie is ready to be enjoyed.
