Cocoa and Strawberry Muffin Recipe of 15-04-2013 [Updated on 07-01-2014]
Hello everyone, today's recipe is ... cocoa muffin with strawberry heart, soft and quick sweets that I prepared some time ago with the first strawberries of the season. The idea of these muffins comes from my sister who, after showing me an image found on the web of a muffin with a thunderous heart, told me categorically "you have to make them" and how not to please her? The taste is really special and if you have 10 minutes today, you could prepare them for your little ones and ask them to guess what's inside at the first bite. I hope you like strawberries, because in the coming days you will find other recipes with this type of fruit along with those of ice cream, milkshakes and salads, sisi for me it's already summer, yesterday I was on the beach all morning and now I can't wait that the weekend arrives to come back, Elisa is enthusiastic about our days at the beach and yesterday she took a half bath by slipping my husband who acted as a barrier to prevent her from being thrown into the water so I assume that this summer there will be some beautiful ones to see ;) Now I greet you my dear and I wish you a good start of the week: *

Method
How to make cocoa and strawberry muffins
Put the flour, cocoa, sugar, cinnamon and yeast in a bowl. Separately mix the egg, milk and oil
Pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl with the dry ones
Mix the mixture with a wooden spoon
Pour the mixture into greased and floured muffin cups. Place a strawberry in the center of each muffin
Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes
Remove from the oven, let cool and heal with a teaspoon of Nutella and a mint leaf
