Baked pork loin is a second dish of meat to bring to the table during Christmas lunch. Flavored with beer, rosemary, mustard and honey, this meat has an exceptional aroma and flavor. For those who have never heard of loin, it is basically a pork loin served whole (i.e. with all the bones) and I must say that, brought to the table like this, it has a very respectable scenic effect.

How to make pork loin in the oven
Massage the loin with honey.
Then put it in an oven dish, sprinkle it with oil and add garlic and rosemary.
Sprinkle it now with salt, pepper and mustard.
Transfer to a preheated oven at 180 ° C and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Halfway through cooking, sprinkle it with beer and, after about 10 minutes, with the cooking sauce using a ladle, start sprinkling 3/4 more times.
Once cooked, recover the cooking juices and bring it to a boil with the addition of a little flour.
Meanwhile, wrap the meat with aluminum foil and let it rest for 5 minutes.
