Every now and then I still find the time to have tea sitting comfortably on a sofa and indulge myself by accompanying it with some biscuits that I prepare at the moment with what I have at home. Here are the last cookies I made, hearts with chocolate chips, very crumbly and very romantic cookies;)


How to make chocolate hearts

In a bowl, mix the flour with the softened butter. Mix until you get a grainy dough.

Add the sugar, yeast and egg, work everything until you get a homogeneous and non-sticky dough.

On a floured pastry board, spread a layer of pastry about 3 mm high and cut out the biscuits with a heart-shaped mold. Arrange the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

With your hands, apply pressure to set the chocolate chips in the biscuits. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.

Allow the chocolate chip cookies to cool before lifting them from the pan and serving.
