Guttiau bread is ideal to serve as a snack or to accompany an aperitif. A Sardinian specialties which I have never had the pleasure of tasting on site, but which I made at home with a package of carasau bread that they gave me. Delicious and scrocchiarello! How to make guttiau bread
Take the sheets of carasau bread, break them up and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, not overlapping each other.
Sprinkle with salt, rosemary and extra virgin olive oil.
Bake in the oven with grill option for one minute
Serve the guttiau bread
