Tabouleh

Today was very hot and I didn't feel like cooking. It's true that my princess didn't leave me either because she didn't sleep at all all day, except for 5-10 minutes. So I just made an Arabic salad, more precisely Lebanese, called tabouleh and a peach sorbet. The base of this salad is green parsley and I should have put even more but to be honest I don't really like the taste. So far I have only used it in small quantities, in various soups or dishes but I have never eaten green parsley salad. I know it's very healthy and contains vitamin C but ... Anyway, let's just say it works, but I probably had to finely chop it so that I didn't feel its taste so much while chewing on the leaves. : P
