Tiramisu original recipe
Prepare the coffee and leave it to cool. Put it in a bowl and mix it with limoncello.
Mix the yolks with the mixer together with the sugar, and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until it becomes a hard foam. bottom up, add the rum essence. Leave it in the fridge, after my mistake I left it for 30 minutes to harden.
The biscuits are soaked in coffee mixed with limoncello and placed on a plate or tray (as it is easier. I used a heat-resistant dish, I had nothing else). Add half of the cream composition, put another row of biscuits, cream and powder with cocoa. Refrigerate for a few hours.
