Avantajele dietei Atkins

Dieta Atkins vă ajută să slăbiți eficient și poate fi benefică în lupta împotriva diabetului, datorită faptului că reglează nivelul de zahăr din sânge. Reglează colesterolul și trigliceridele. La femei are efecte asupra ovarelor micro-polichistice. Reduce riscul de demență.

Dezavantaje

La fel ca orice regim de slăbit, dieta Atkins are și câteva dezavantaje. Printre acestea se numără oboseala și lipsa de energie. De asemenea, vă puteți simți slăbit, lucru care vă va împiedica să faceți sport. Acest regim poate fi cauza unor probleme cu somnul, iritabilitate, schimbări de dispoziție și respirație urât mirositoare. Dieta produce schimbări și la nivel digestiv: constipație și indigestie din cauza cantității mici de fibre din alimentație.

*Șalota este cunoscută și sub numele de ceapă franțuzească sau hașmă. Are gust mai dulceag, mai fin și nu atât de iute. În hipermarketuri o găsiți, de regulă, la săculeți. Dacă nu o găsiți așa, o puteți înlocui în rețete cu mult mai cunoscuta ceapă de apă.
